Our Services

A residential group home for children and adolescents provides 24-hour structured care and support in a home-like environment. Services are designed to meet the emotional, behavioral, educational, and social needs of youth who may not be able to live safely at home or in foster care.

Core Residential Services

  • Safe and Supervised Living Environment – 24/7 staff presence for safety, structure, and consistency.
  • Basic Needs – Nutritious meals, clothing, hygiene support, and medical care coordination.
  • Daily Routine & Structure – Scheduled activities, chores, and responsibilities to promote stability.

Clinical & Behavioral Support

  • Individual Counseling/Therapy – Regular one-on-one sessions with licensed mental health professionals.
  • Group Therapy – Peer support groups addressing coping skills, self-esteem, trauma, anger management, etc.
  • Family Therapy & Support – Involvement of family (when safe and possible) to strengthen relationships.
  • Crisis Intervention – Immediate support during emotional or behavioral crises.
  • Behavioral Management Program – Positive reinforcement, point/level systems, and skill-building.

Educational & Developmental Support

  • Academic Support – Tutoring, homework help, and coordination with schools or on-site education programs.
  • Life Skills Training – Cooking, cleaning, budgeting, self-care, and time management.
  • Social Skills Development – Conflict resolution, communication, teamwork, and relationship building.
  • Vocational & Job Readiness Programs (for older youth) – Resume building, job applications, interview prep.

Health & Wellness Services

  • Medical Care Coordination – Doctor visits, dental, vision, and other health needs.
  • Medication Management – Safe administration and monitoring of prescribed medications.
  • Nutrition & Physical Activity – Balanced meals, recreation, exercise, and healthy living education.
  • Substance Use Counseling/Prevention – Education and intervention if needed.

Recreational & Enrichment Services
